Date night? The Stella Theatre has a serious lineup of classic movies this month

The best of the best.

Grab your mates and some popcorn.

The Stella Theatre situated in the heart of Rathmines has been killing it since it re-opened its doors late last year. The iconic 1920’s style cinema is the perfect venue for a date night, reunion with friends or simply an excuse to get dolled up and sample the cinemas insane cocktail menu.

And for the month of April they are giving us a serious reason to visit. Why you ask? Because the cinema is showing a variety of cult classics throughout the month. Sorted.

From Pretty Woman to The Great Gatsby (based on the same era as the cinema), if you haven’t been to the Stella yet you are missing out my friend.

Aside from the plush seats, dim lighting and massive screen, the cinema also provides table service (where you can get a beverage directly to your seat), the bar upstairs inside the cinema oozes glamour and all the drinks are created by the Vintage Cocktail Club, known for their delicious concoctions – so you know you are in good hands. The cinema also serves a range of savoury nibbles such as chicken tenders and nachos, giving you plenty to choose from.

Now are you convinced to visit?

Well, now take a look at what’s showing…
