Everything would be different.
A deleted scene from Riverdale has been unearthed on the Internet, and it basically would have changed the entire storyline for season two.
If you haven’t watched the end of the series, don’t read on because… spoilers.
So, if you’ve seen the ending of Riverdale, then you’ll know that things are good for Betty and Jughead, but… it looks like major upset is ahead.
Jughead’s dad is now in jail which means he has to move over to the Southside and attend a new school.
However, just after Betty’s big speech at the end of episode 13, another scene was meant to take place, where Betty’s parents ask Jughead if they can be his guardian.
They even offer to let him move into their house. Here’s the clip below:

The entire second season is based on the tug-of-war which will see Jughead battle between living with the Serpents on the Southside, and having his close friends living on the Northside.

Even though Betty and Jughead living together would solve a lot of problems, it’s safe to say that it would get pretty boring after a while… so maybe this scene got deleted for a good reason!
