What would The X Factor be without Dermot O'Leary's dance moves. His entrance became as entertaining as any of the contestants and was a highlight each week.
There was a noticeable lack of dancing last year when Olly Murs and Caroline Flack took over presenting duties. Not even so much as a shuffle from either of them.
But rest assured this year, with Dermot back at the heart of the show, he'll be bringing his dance moves with him. However, he says that there's a catch - he won't be dancing every week.
According to Digital Spy, he said, "God yeah [there will be Dermot Dancing], we can't put that to bed, can we? Go on, let me!"
He then added, "[The dancing] will be sporadic, I don't think it will be every week. I haven't got it in the locker to do it every week."
Speaking about the live shows, he said, "The 30 seconds before we go live are the best 30 seconds of your life. It's even more exciting than the show itself, unless they make me do a dance I didn't know about, which did happen two years ago."
