Their surprise appearance left fans wondering if they'd ever reunite for another film, but do we need another film? Let's not fix something that's not broken.

Lead actress, Anne Hathaway echoed the sentiment in a previous interview with The View.

She explained that she doesn't believe the film would work today because the media is so focused on digital. Magazines are sadly going out of style so would Runway even exist in our world?

The One Day actress said: "I just think that movie was in a different era. Now, everything has gone so digital, and that movie centred around the concept of producing a physical thing, and it's just very different now."

She admitted that it would be tempting to reunite with the cast once again, especially Meryl Streep and Stanley Tucci.

Hathaway even had an idea for a second installment and I low-key need it to happen.

"It is tempting to think about Andy and Emily needing to get Miranda her coffee and she's somewhere in Europe and then along the way they pick up Stanley Tucci in Italy, who's at a restaurant," she revealed.

The Modern Love star added: "It's tempting, but I don't think it's going to happen. They could relaunch it, get some new people, and do it."

As much as I adore The Devil Wears Prada I think our time with Runway has come to an end.
