Dolly Parton wants to pose for Playboy to mark her 75th birthday

Get it girl.

Is everyone as obsessed with Dolly Parton as I am?

The woman is a living legend and you’d think I love her because of her phenomenal music career that’s spanned six decades but nope! I love her because she doesn’t give a flying flute about what anyone thinks of her and for a woman about to turn 75, we could all learn a thing or two from Dolly.

On January 19th 2021, the country music legend will celebrate her 75th year on this planet and to mark the occasion it looks like she could be gracing the pages of Playboy once again.

Over the weekend, Dolly appeared on BBC’s Scott Mills and Chris Stark show and addressed the rumours that she’s in talks with Playboy to pose for a birthday pictorial.

“Well, there’s some truth in that,” she said of the rumours, “I just might do it. If I can do it in good taste and they want it, we’ll do it along with a really good interview inside,” she continued. “So, yeah, it’s possible. Yep, we’ve talked about it.”

Dolly first graced the pages of the infamous magazine back in 1978 and speaking to 60 Minutes Australia in March, she admitted that there’s no plans to retire on the horizon while hinting at her Playboy plans “I just turned 74 and I plan to be on the cover of Playboy magazine again, I did Playboy magazine years ago and I thought it’d be such a hoot if they’ll go for it — I don’t know if they will — if I could be on the cover again when I’m 75.”

If Playboy don’t go for this we’d be completely stumped and as Dolly admitted herself the “Boobs are still the same!”

God bless you Dolly.
