We can’t keep up.
Earlier in the week, Georgia Steele left the Love Island group WhatsApp, then came the news that there’s a bit of a rift between her and Megan and now Sam Bird has also left the group.
Yikes.
As fans of the show will know, Georgia and Sam coupled up during the show and even though they split at one point, they broke the rules by kissing even though they weren’t in a ‘couple’ as such.
However, they eventually left the show together and have been going from strength to strength since.
Anyway, it transpires that Sam also left the group after his girlfriend, according to fellow contestant Frankie Foster.
However, and this is where the plot thickens, Frankie “thinks” that they’re both back in the group now.
Confusing much.
Chatting to The Mirror, he said that Sam had left the Love Island Whatsapp but it appeared to have been by mistake.
“I think it was an accident. Sam joined back in and said ‘s*** I left the wrong group’.
“Sam and Gee both left and I think Sam just left the wrong group. There’s so much going on in that group you lose track. I think they’re both back in now”.
Both of them leaving it at the same time, a total coincidence or is there more going on behind the scenes?
