In the clip we see Homer as we never have before, a buff, heroic and successful crime fighter. Ned Flanders is the equally buff bad guy while Marge steps in as a sexy waitress and the obvious object of Homer’s affection.
The special edition opening was created by guest animator Steve Cutts, the man responsible for viral videos Man and Where Are They Now?Where Are They Now?
The Simpsons has been on our screens for 27 years and they still keep it fresh.
