Everyone was talking about Dua Lipa’s dress at the Brits last night

Orlaith Condon

She looked absolutely STUNNING!

Dua Lipa was one of the stand-out winners at last night’s Brit Awards – both on stage and on the red carpet.

Yes, the songstress took home two of the big awards at last night’s ceremony – British Breakthrough Act and Best Female Solo Artist.

And while her incredible performance and inspiring speech impressed viewers, her gúna also got its fair share of attention.

The singer arrived on the red carpet last night in a head-to-toe baby pink tulle gown and shut the place down.

Yes, the singer embraced cotton candy chic last night and we are 100 percent there for it.

Dua’s dress is from Giambattista Valli’s Spring 2018 Couture collection and she teamed it with some simple black strappy heels while keeping her hair and makeup super simple.

It was, by far, the stand-out look of the night and it wasn’t missed by the folks on Twitter who narrated last night’s proceedings for us all to enjoy.

However, the tulle masterpiece was the source of much fear among some of the other attendees last night, who were extremely nervous to get too close to it.

Yes, Dua’s gown was somewhat of a safety hazzard on the red carpet with many just hoping to avoid standing on it.

The extraordinary gown also drew many comparisons to some others we’ve seen before and eagle-eyed viewers even saw similarities between it and some rather bizarre items.

But we can’t help but think Dua’s outfit choice was a tribute to Rihanna on the week of her 30th birthday.

Dua’s look was the perfect combo of Riri’s famous bright pink number from the Grammy Awards in 2015 and the floaty baby pink number she wore to the premiere of Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets last year.

Either way, Dua, we salute you!
