Fancy putting yourself out there?

First Dates Ireland is looking for single people to take part in the new season of the hugely popular show, which airs next year.

Applicants are now open for hopefuls and matchmakers say they are eager to chat to anyone who wants to get involved.

The only requirements to appear on the show are that you must be over 18 and single.

Filming takes place this Summer at the gorgeous Coda Eatery in the Gibson Hotel, with Maitre d’Mateo there to help potential couples feel a little more at ease.

Every moment is captured by over 20 unobtrusive cameras, allowing daters to forget they are being filmed and just enjoy their evening.

“We welcome all ages and love those people who are a little more mature, deciding to take a shot at love,” said producer Robert Lanigan.

“Men are little slower to apply, so if you know a single man, give him a nudge in our direction.

“Mateo, along with Alice and Pete and barman Neil, make the blind date experience fun and so easy.”

The show is open to people of all sexualities and genders.

If you’re single and looking for love, your perfect partner might just be an application away. You can apply here.
