We've been hearing quite a lot about Brad Pitt's new war epic, Fury and even though the last time we saw him involved in war he was brandishing a really bad Italian accent and taking scalps, we have a feeling this is going to be a lot different.
Pitt plays Wardaddy, a hardened sergeant who has to complete one last mission behind enemy lines before the end of the war. However, he and his crew are outmanned and outgunned and with a rookie in their midst, it doesn't exactly look like things are going well.
The film is directed by David Ayer, he of End of Watch fame, and also stars Shia LaBeouf, Scott Eastwood and Jason Isaacs.
Fury should get a release here around November so we imagine this heading straight into Oscar territory. Here's the poster.
