When the financier pockets the cash, he enlists a professional thief to assist in stealing it back. Agnes Brown, 9.30pm, RTÉ 1 Long before Mrs Brown's Boys became a comedy sensation and a cash cow for Brendan O'Carroll, there was this adaptation of the Dublin comedian's books. Angelica Houston stars as the titular character, a Dublin mother of seven struggling to survive as a single parent on borrowed money, dreaming of the day she'll meet Tom Jones. Family Guy, 10.00pm, BBC 3 It's story time in Quahog as the Griffin family take part in a re-imagining of three of the most beloved traditional fairy tales; Jack and the Beanstalk, Little Red Riding Hood and Cinderella.
