Today it was (finally) announced that the royal baby has been named Louis Arthur Charles.
In the past few days there was much speculation about what he would be called, so fans of the royal family were delighted to finally find out the Prince’s moniker.
Kensington Palace announced the news at 11am, saying: “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son Louis Arthur Charles.
“The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge.”
