Father Ted will always have a special place in the heart of every Irish person... and plenty of those from further afield as well.
As part of the Experience Japan event at Farmleigh House last week, Japanese artist Shota Kotatake created an animé mural inspired by the hit series featuring characters including Fr Ted, Dougal and Mrs Doyle, as well as a few other favourites.

You can see more of the Dublin-based artist's work at www.shotakotake.com.
H/T to Rach O'Connor for bringing this one to our attention!
