Georgia’s mum has little sympathy for her daughter over Josh’s Love Island betrayal

Huh?

Georgia's mum has little sympathy for her daughter over Josh's Love Island betrayal

We’re not really looking forward to tonight’s episode of Love Island.

Well, I mean, of course we are (it looks like it’ll be a good one) but we don’t think we’re ready to watch poor Georgia have her heart ripped out on telly.

We’ve seen her partner Josh getting close to new girl Kasimir in Casa Amor over the past few days, even sharing a sneaky kiss in bed.

Georgia, meanwhile, has stayed faithful to her man throughout their separation, even becoming upset at having to kiss one of the new boys as part of a challenge.

Promo clips for the next episode show Georgia learning that Josh hasn’t been as loyal to her and getting upset.

Pretty much everyone at home is in bits just thinking about G having her heart broken but it turns out her own mother doesn’t feel the same way.

Georgia's mum reckons that Josh's Love Island betrayal is actually a good thing

Her mum Sharon appeared on ITV’s Lorraine this morning and said that Josh’s betrayal is a “good learning curve” for her daughter.

“With Georgia, she has never ever been dumped,” she said.

“So the experience is so, so new to her. But I feel in life you have to have them experiences, it’s a good learning curve, so it’s good.”

Sharon said Georgia is a loyal person but hopes she decides to ‘twist’ in tonight’s recoupling and get together with new boy Jordan.

Georgia did tell Jordan that he was her type when he arrived in the villa so maybe she’ll take a chance on him on tonight’s show.
