90s kids, REJOICE, as Kim Possible is coming back, however, this time it’s a live-action remake headed for the big screen.
Yes, it’s safe to say we’re excited to see Kim, Ron and of course, Rufus return to our screen for what is said to be an action-packed feature film, eeeeek.
And the iconic character, which will be played by 16-year-old Sadie Stanley, revealed the first look at Comic Con in the US this week and we’ve got to admit, we love it and the revamp they’ve done to the pants. Snazzy.
This week, Disney also released a clip comparing Sadie to the hit cartoon and the resemblance is scarily good. Well done Disney.

And in even more good news, the original series creators Mark McCorkle and Robert Schooley are writing the script alongside The DUFF‘s Josh Cagan.
The cartoon first ran for 87 episodes between 2002 and 2007, during which time it got two made-for-TV movies: 2005’s Kim Possible Movie: So the Drama and 2003’s Kim Possible: A Stitch in Time.
The Disney series followed a teenage girl as she tries to balance her life as a highschooler and a secret agent. She’s joined along the way by her sidekick, Ron Stoppable, and his naked mole rat Rufus.
Even Stevens‘ Christy Carlson Romano, Girl Meets World‘s Will Friedle and The Simpsons’Nancy Cartwright voiced Kim Possible, Ron Stoppable and Rufus respectively.
The flick will hit Disney Channel in 2019.
