Grey's Anatomy has been a favourite of ours for years, but is the show losing its spark a little?

It may not be as strong as it once was but we just love watching the medical drama.

However, if you're looking for something fresh to watch then a medical series has been added to Netflix.

Starring Gilmore Girls actor Matt Czuchry and Revenge's Emily VanCamp, The Resident is a must-watch for Grey's Anatomy fans.

Many medical dramas have aired since Grey's Anatomy first made its debut, but nothing was ever as good until now.

Fans have been raving about The Resident with many saying it is just as good as Grey's.

The Resident follows a group of young practicing doctors as they face the realities of modern-day medicine and issues as they learn the ropes with the help of a seasoned senior resident.

The show originally aired from 2018 to 2023 but was sadly cancelled after six seasons.
