Harrowing scenes for Emmerdale as ‘truth’ about Joe Tate’s murder revealed…. again

Grim enough sitch when you didn’t even kill the guy.

For a while there, the disappearance of Joe Tate was all anybody on Emmerdale ever talked about.

Which is fair enough, like. He vanished off the face of the earth leaving Debbie Dingle and some other people no choice but to become extremely worried about his whereabouts.

And they should be too – because he’s dead.

But he didn’t die the way some people think he died, or rather, he didn’t die the way Cain Dingle thinks he died and is subsequently about to tell everybody about even though it’s inaccurate.

Because Cain didn’t murder Joe Tate. He hit him a bit and knocked him out, incorrectly assuming that he had accidentally killed him – but it was Graham who actually finished the job.

Cain is a bit confused about this fact though, and due to the guilt and pain he’s been feeling about the whole situation, he decides to tell Debbie what happened.

She is, understandably, horrified and flees the scenes opting to chat to Graham without knowing that he is, in fact, the real murderer.

Cain then shows up again and informs Debbie that Graham was actually involved, leaving the poor woman understandably even more distraught than she was when she just thought Joe was missing.

She’s even more shook when she finds out that Moira was in on the whole debacle too.

Not ideal, tbh.
