A Harry Potter pub crawl is coming to Galway and WE ARE SO GOING

Gillian Fitzpatrick

Just when you thought the world couldn’t handle any more Harry Potter… along comes a Galway pub crawl.

And yeah, we’re pretty darn happy about it too.

With a Harry Potter-themed bar crawl already successfully underway in Dublin, next month Galway will get a similar magically offering.

It all kicks off in Coyotes on Forster Street on Friday, March 10.

It’s a good night for it too, as it coincides with the NUIG Potter Society’s Potterfest 2017, when Potter enthusiasts from a number of different colleges in Ireland will be in town for the annual convention.

Tickets to the event cost €12 and includes the following:

  • Guided tour to 5 pubs and one nightclub
  • Free shots along the way
  • Free entry to nightclub with fee champagne on arrival
  • Drinking Games such as beer pong and flip cup
  • Prizes for best-dressed

Prizes on the night include tickets to the Harry Potter Museum and a two-night stay in the Harry Potter Hotel in London.

For more information, you can check the event out on Facebook here.

Expecto pints!
