The Bodyguard is that type of film, the one where you were never really sure if it was alright to openly admit your unwavering love for it or not, but in all honesty, this film deserves all of the praise.
Starring the late great Whitney Houston as global superstar Rachel Marron, the story revolves around a former Secret Service agent, Frank Farmer, who takes a position as her bodyguard. However, Rachel's life is not like that of the President's and Frank soon discovers he is in way over his head, both professionally and emotionally.
Marron is haunted by a stalker, one who threatens her life and her loved ones and as the situation escalates, Frank fears constantly for her safety.

There were many reasons audiences fell in love with the
Bodyguard, the love story, that Kevin Costner performance, the scene with the scarf, but arguably, mainly because of that amazing soundtrack. Of course, casting Houston was a stroke of genius.
