Al openly admitted to being a bit fragile after the night before but still managed to have the entire audience in stitches while ripping the absolute piss out of Miriam. They were joined by various guests throughout the hour and Al even shared his special rendition of a Sean Nós Fresh Prince Of Bel Air.

.@chriskentcomic being hilarious as always #EP2016 pic.twitter.com/mVcfXbcXJe — Her.ie (@Herdotie) September 4, 2016One of the more random yet brilliant performances came from Pauline McLynn, aka Mrs Doyle, who was flanked by two men dressed in the same outfits Ted and Dougal wore for My Lovely Horse while she sang.
Over in The Salty Dog, there were some golden oldies from Dr Strangely Strange and some not so oldies like David Kitt. There were so many other acts and features that the list is endless, that's what is so fantastic about Electric Picnic. It has something on offer for all ages and interests.
Festival Director Melvin Benn assures us that the festival would remain at the 55,000 capacity and stay true to its current form. He also announced that tickets would go on sale on Friday, September 9th for Electric Picnic 2017.
