He made the comment live on air.
America’s Got Talent judge Howie Mandel has apologized this week following a comment that caused some controversy on the show.
He was live on air at the time.
The judge made the comment on Tuesday’s live show and caused a lot of debate on Twitter when he told hopeful Steve Starr, who swallows things and regurgitates them as his talent: “This is probably going to come out wrong, but you, sir, make bulimia entertaining.”
He also apologized on Twitter.
Later on in the show, he apologized for his previous comment: “I just want to take a second just to apologize.
“I made a comment earlier, it’s live television, I wasn’t thinking,” he stated and later took to Twitter to apologize once more.
I am NOT perfect. I make mistakes. I sincerely apologize to everyone who was offended.
