Iain Stirling appeared on Good Morning Britain this morning to collect on a bet he made with host Piers Morgan this time last year.
Appearing on the show last year, Piers mocked Iain for partaking in the most popular reality TV show of the minute, Love Island, and confidently bet that not a single couple from last year’s series would be together today.
Well, giddy as a child on Christmas morning, Iain happily accepted his £100 winnings this morning after smugly telling Piers that fan-favourites Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt are still together.

Yes, the runner-up couple are still happily together one year after meeting in the villa and, as Iain told viewers, “are very much in love”.
Piers, sticking to his word, presented Iain with a giant cheque from ‘The Bank of Piers Morgan’ to the value of £100, jokingly saying, “or as I call it, 20 seconds’ work.”

Iain later took to Instagram to reveal that the money would be making its way to the mental health charity Mind before thanking Camilla and Jamie for going the distance and making it all happen.
