Explaining that they’re often by “pure fluke”, Helen recalled the time she dressed Jessie J for various concerts and appearances while she was on tour.

“There was a stylist for Warner Brothers Music and her name was Kimmy O’Neill, I actually think she works for LOVE magazine now. Well, anyways, she spotted my stuff and got in touch and said look – Jessie J has broken her ankle and your stuff seems like pieces she can get over her boot and plaster – would you be interested in creating some pieces? She has got to do a tour in Australia,” explained Helen.

Revealing that she went on to make her first-ever catsuit for the Pricetag singer, Helen explained that every celeb outing in her clothing opens up her designs to a new world of consumers and stars.

The mum-of-three also laughed thinking back to the time Cara Delevingne wore one of her jackets to Glastonbury. Laughing alongside Helen, her daughter Halle remembers the day very clearly. The day her mom recieved “over three hundred emails” all enquiring about the jacket seen on the Suicide Squad star.

Like this, Helen said you just “never know” who’s checking out your collection and who could appear in it on any given day.
