As part of this year’s Tribeca Film Festival in New York, Irish short film Scratch will be joining Rúbaí, The Stag and The Canal on the programme.

Scratch tells the story of Eoin who works the night shift in a quiet petrol station. His main source of distraction night after night is regular customer Ger who believes he has a system for picking winning scratch cards.

Things take an unexpected turn with the arrival of a masked armed robber starting a chain of events that neither Eoin nor Ger could have predicted.

Scratch features an impressive cast of rising Irish talent starring Love/Hate’s Ian Lloyd Anderson (Love/Hate, Standby) and Stephen Jones (Stones In His Pockets, Love/Hate) and Sam Keeley (Raw, What Richard Did).
