Khalid has just announced TWO major Irish dates for later this year

Best news of a Monday.

Yeow.

We’ve been spoiled for choice with new music in the past couple of months but few artists have had the impact that Khalid has had on us.

The Georgia native has a voice laden with far more soul than you’d expect from a 21-year-old and has already worked with some of the biggest acts of the moment, including Post Malone, Halsey, Normani and Billie Eilish.

His second album. Free Spirit, has been on repeat on Spotify and in our heads since it dropped last week so we’re absolutely buzzing that he’ll be gigging in Ireland later this year.

Headline dates for Khalid in Dublin and Belfast this year as part of the Free Spirit World Tour have just been announced.

He’ll play Dublin’s 3 Arena on 24 September followed by The SSE Arena Belfast on 25 September, Aiken Promotions has said.

Tickets for both concerts will go on sale this Friday 12 April at 10.00am.

The European leg of the tour includes stops all over Europe including gigs in Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Stockholm and Luxembourg.

Khalid will be supported by UK acts Mabel and Raye across Europe, which is just another excuse to nab tickets when they’re released.
