There are so many films on TV on a weekly basis, we thought we would draw your attention to some of the better movies that you can check out from the comfort of your own home. Here are seven of the best films that are on TV this week.
1. The Armstrong Lie, Monday, Channel 4, 9pm.
Arguably one of the most important documentaries on Lance Armstrong, the Armstrong Lie was originally meant to document Lance's return to the sport, only to later receive confirmation of his doping.
2. Strictly Ballroom, Tuesday, BBC Four, 10pm.
In need of some Tuesday night cheese? Look no further than Strictly Ballroom, the story of a very accomplished dancer who decides to do something very different.
3. Legally Blonde, Wednesday, RTÉ One, 9.35pm.
After her boyfriend breaks up with her, Elle decides that she will follow him to law school and prove that she is the woman he is meant to be with.
4. The Woman in Black, Thursday, Film 4, 9pm.
If you're in the mood for a midweek horror, this should definitely be your pick. Daniel Radcliffe stars as a young lawyer who comes across a pretty vengeful ghost in a small village who is terrorising the locals.
5. Transformers, Friday, RTÉ Two, 9pm.
The original and most certainly the best (honestly, it really is) Transformers tells the story of, well, Transformers. The first one is fine, trust us.
6. The Five-Year-Engagement, TV3, 9pm.
A year after they get together, a couple get engaged but various events prevent them from making it down the aisle. This has Jason Segel and Emily Blunt in it, basically too many people that we love.
7. Hairspray, Sunday, E4, 8pm.
Musical. Zac Efron. That is all.
