It comes after Kady admitted they were feeling the pressure on their relationship, due to the fact that they had met on Love Island - and that their former co stars are engaged. She told new! magazine:

"Yeah, I feel like there is a bit [of pressure]. "Liv and Alex do put a lot of their relationship on social media which is so fine but when we don’t everyone’s like, "have they split?" or, "they’re not real!". "Me and Scott are so busy and sometimes you just want to put your phone away because it takes over your life."

The couple first met in the Love Island villa last year, where they had a series of rows before proving to each other that they were in it for the long haul. Katy quickly moved up to Manchester to live with Scott after leaving the villa, and the pair had even gone as far as to discuss tying the knot.
