You could say tonight's episode of EastEnders was a bit of a rollercoaster, and that'd still be putting it lightly.
Viewers spent the night worrying for the lives of some of their favourite characters as the community tried to deal with Monday night's devastating bus crash.

It wasn't looking great for Denise Fox and Martin Fowler, but they were eventually saved, and it looked like the evening might end on a happy note for the characters and viewers alike.
That was until "Seven Years" – Whitney Carter's ringtone – was heard playing from under the wreckage.

And in true
EastEnders fashion, they left us on a cliffhanger – one that might not be quite as simple as it first appears.
Mick seemed pretty convinced that Whitney was lying dead under the bus, and so are some viewers.

But other viewers have different ideas – they think her husband Lee might have had her phone, and that it's he who will be leaving the show.

It's common knowledge that Danny-Boy Hatchard, who plays Lee, is set to leave the show anyway, so it might make more sense that it is him who's under that bus.
But equally this wouldn't be the first time
EastEnders has played with our emotions and made us guess totally wrong about the fate of a character.
As always, we're going to have to wait to find out.
