The newbies are causing some drama tonight.
Love Island viewers were thrilled last night when fan-favourite Liam was voted by the public to go on a date with, not one, but two bombshells.
Speaking in the Beach Hut before meeting Afia and Ekin-Su, he says: “It’s a massive booster, definitely what I needed, I am buzzing now, I can’t wait to meet the girls.”
And it looks like he’s going to wow the new girls, too, as, Ekin-Su tells him: “You’ve got really nice eyes, the colour of the sea, almost like you can kind of swim in it and get lost… Your eyes are just hypnotising me.”
However, while things are looking up for Liam, the arrival of the newbies is causing quite a stir for the rest of the villa.
As the islanders discuss what they think of them, Davide remarks that Afia and Erin-Su “are fire”, while Amber says: “I am still happy to get to know them, I am not going to be a b*tch, but be a b*tch to me and you ain’t gonna get the nice Amber.”
It’s not long before a game of truth and dare ruffles even more feathers, with Ekin-Su asked to perform a dance on an Islander of her choice – to which she teases Davide with some seductive moves ending in a kiss on the cheek.
While Davide and Gemma seemed to be going strong following their date last night, it looks like both of their heads are getting turned now.
Not only is Davide tempted by the newcomers, but tonight sees Luca pulls Gemma for a chat on the rooftop, where she confesses she’s attracted to him.
Elsewhere, Indiyah is feeling “threatened” as Afia gets to know Ikenna by the pool.
“This morning when she pulled him for a chat I was thinking, ‘Why are they laughing so much?’”, she says to Dami.
Later, she admits in the Beach Hut: “Those thoughts and feelings don’t come from nowhere. So obviously that did make me realise there is a bit of attraction there between me and Ikenna so I guess you could say that my territorial side jumped out just a tiny bit.”
Will Ikenna stay loyal to Indiyah or will he start getting to know Afia? And is this the end of Davide and Gemma?
