The posts were shared on Curtis's story and grid earlier on today, promising his followers the chance to win an assortment of prizes by simply swiping up to enter.
The advertisements were, of course, false and did not offer the professional dancer's fans the chance to win anything - other than self-disrespect for believing such a ploy.
Curtis has since addressed the hack on Instagram and reassured his followers that everything is back to normal.
