Love Island’s Ovie secretly left the villa to play basketball

Love Island's Ovie Soko reportedly left the villa to go play basketball, according to some of his fellow Islanders.

Anton Danyluk and Bell Hassan said the professional basketball player repeatedly asked for a basketball - and for the chance to keep up with his practice. The couple were asked about who was the most demanding Islander and who had the most outrageous request during Heat's Love Island: Under The Duvet interview. "Ovie wanted a basketball," Anton told the host, Joshua Lee, about the most outrageous request. Belle added:

"He had to really whinge for it, but he got it. After a lot of moaning, [the producers] came through."

Anton then admitted the producers created a makeshift practice area for Ovie right outside the main villa. "It was in front of the garden, they would just bring it out at lunchtime or whatever," he continued. Elsewhere in the interview, Anton and Belle let a few secrets out about how they spent their time in the villa and how a secret language developed so they could talk without bosses knowing. They also said that they used to resort to games such as Hide and Seek to keep themselves entertained. The pair also revealed that anytime a new bombshell arrived in the villa, the rest of the Islanders would begin to ask them about the outside world. And there was one particular thing they all wanted to know about: how many Instagram followers they had. "Everyone was so obsessed with it. All of us are always on our social media and when it's taken away from you you're curious about what's going on," Anton said. "And I kept saying to him, 'If you keep asking me about your follows I'm going to have to move out,'" Belle added.
