Mark the calendars: Mrs Brown’s Boys is coming to Cork, lads

Jade Hayden

Absolute scenes, through and through.

If you’re a human being, you either love or hate Mrs Brown’s Boys. There is simply no in between.

And yet, whatever way you look at it, it’s an incredible popular programme.

It’s the most watched show every Christmas Day, without fail. Its live performances are sellouts. People go absolutely mad for it.

And they will continue to go absolutely mad for it this summer when Mrs Brown’s Boys comes to Cork for an entire three performances in June.

It really does not get much better than that, truly.

Brendan O’Carroll and the rest of the team will be appearing at Cork’s Live At The Marquee later this summer to take audiences on an adventure that is bound to be both “side splitting” and “exhilarating.”

“It’s the funniest thing I’ve ever written. Even I laugh and I know what’s coming next!” said O’Carroll.

There will be two evening performances of the show, on Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13, with one matinee show on the Saturday too.

Best clear your calendars, so.

Tickets for Mrs Brown’s Boys in Live At The Marquee go on sale next Thursday, January 30 from Ticketmaster and other ticket outlets.
