Mark Wahlberg says he seeks God’s forgiveness for his part in this movie

You'll be shocked to hear which one.

Orlaith Condon

No, not Ted 2.

Mark Wahlberg has revealed he has some regrets when it comes to some of his previous career choices.

In a recent interview, the actor even went as far as to say that he hopes God can forgive him for some of his “poor choices” in the past, suggesting there are some roles he wishes he hadn’t taken.

“I just always hope that God is a movie fan and also forgiving because I’ve made some poor choices in my past,” he told the Chicago Tribune recently.

But what could the movie that Mark classes as a “poor choice” possibly be?

Ted 2? Pain and Gain?

Nope, none of the above.

We were shocked to learn it’s actually one of his most popular films and played a huge part in the kickstarting of his career.

Boogie Nights is up there at the top of the list,” he admitted when pressed to reveal what movie he seeks forgiveness for.

The 1997 hugely acclaimed movie saw Mark portray Dirk Diggler who rose to fame in the porn industry in the 70s.

The movie made over $55 million worldwide in the box office and stands proudly with a 92 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
