Episode four is out now!

Oh Maura, where have you been all our lives?

Last night, a gal came all the way from Co Longford to bring some excitement into our lives.

Or rather, Maura Higgins entered the Love Island villa and caused Tommy’s head to turn 560 degrees (his own words, not ours, thankfully).

She was fiery, she was funny, and she wanted Fury to eat her. Essentially, everything we have wanted from a Love Island contestant since day one.

During last night’s instalment of the reality TV show, new girls Maura and Elma picked three guys each to go on a date with.

Obviously, obviously, obviously this caused an intense amount of drama within the villa as the rest of the gals sat up on the terrace watching the lads have their dates.

And tonight, things are set to get fairly explosive as the dates continue, and Maura keeps on with her mission to ruin everybody’s lives in the best way possible.

While she’s having her dessert with Michael, she notices that Amber and the rest of the gals are shouting from the terrace to try and get his attention.

“Why are they being so immature?” she asks him. “This is embarrassing.”

The ring girl then says she wants to “give them something to talk about” while she feeds Michael some dessert off of her spoon.

Following this, there is, naturally, a lot of screeching from upstairs.

Delicious.

Later on, when everybody is reacquainted Michael chats to the lads about Amber’s behaviour, calling it “childish.”

“I waited at the bottom of the stairs so I could speak to Amber and reassure her again that there is no reason for her to feel any kind of way,” he tells the Beach Hut.

“She walked straight past me and ignored Maura who I was on a date with.”

He later confides in Curtis that he does like Amber but that he doesn’t agree with the way she’s been acting.

“She is the only girl that has ever made me laugh,” he says. “I’ve never met a girl like her.”

“But I don’t want these games any more. That’s not why I’m here.”
