Willy and The Poor Boys is the fourth album from American legends, Creedence Clearwater Revival.
Released in 1969, it was the band’s third record to go platinum and continued onto multi platinum status.
The album title is mentioned in the chorus of the first track, ‘Down on the Corner’ and has been ranked in numerous “The Greatest of” compilations over the last 40 years.
There's no denying the greatness of John Fogerty's vocals on any of the CCR records but we have managed to dwindle it down to our top three favourite songs from this classic.
