The Leeds and Reading line up has just got a little more interesting thanks to the addition of one of our favourite Irish bands.
Dublin band Leaders Of Men have just announced that they will play at this year’s event in August.
The five ‘horseboxes’ from Tallaght join some of the biggest names in music for the festival double, which will be headlined by Arctic Monkeys, Blink 182 and a joint headline set from Paramore and Queens Of The Stone Age.
Arguably one of the greatest music festivals in Europe.
The group will get to warm up to the UK crowd next week when they perform in Lexington, London on June 2nd and are set to make their debut release there later this summer.
Fret not, the Dublin quintet doesn’t plan to leave us high and dry for British soil. Catch the band on their home turf as they continue with a string of live shows as part of their current Whelan’s summer residency.
Leaders of Men will play Leixlip Festival May 31st and Whelan’s, Dublin on June 18th and July 17th.
Here are the lads in all their glory with latest track ‘
For Want Of A Better Word’.
