Singer Jay Z has reportedly won a lawsuit against a sound engineer who claimed co-ownership of his songs.
Chauncey Mahan is reported to have filed the suit for co-ownership of 41 tracks including Big Pimpin’ and Do it Again.
The sound engineer is said to have participated in the recording of thealbum The Life and Times of S. Carter.
US District Judge Lorna Schofield ruled that Mahan had come to court too late to be successful with his claims.
