One Direction have done it again…
Chart-topping popstars One Direction will collect the prize for best UK and Ireland act at next month's MTV European Music Awards.
The five boys topped the public poll to triumph in the category. The awards will take place in Frankfurt, Germany on November 11th.
Louis Tomlinson said; “We're so happy and incredibly honoured to have won this. Once again our amazing fans have done us proud.”
The band cleaned up the MTV VMA awards too last month, leaving LA with a total of three gongs. The public-to-vote prizes have the guys raking in the awards as their fans head from Twitter to the website to vote for the five boys.
Next month, viewers will go on to vote for their favourite worldwide act, with One Direction battling it out against winners from four other global regions for the big prize.

The boys at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards recently...
The 19th MTV EMA awards show will be hosted by model Heidi Klum. Taylor Swift, Muse, No Doubt, Carly Rae Jepsen and Rita Ora are all set to raise the roof on stage.
One Direction are at number six in the official UK singles chart after latest single Live While We're Young, the first released from second album Take Me Home, failed to top the charts.
The boys have smashed the US charts and, last week, the track became the fastest seller by a UK act in the US.
