R. Kelly has just announced a tour amid allegations of sexual assault

R. Kelly has announced that he's going on tour in New Zealand and Australia. The announcement comes just a few weeks after Kelly was dropped by his record label, Sony. It also comes amid numerous allegations of sexual assault against the performer. Yesterday, the R&B star took to Twitter to reveal he plans to tour across Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.

No dates were given and the poster announcing the news said: "coming soon". So we're expecting some time this year, but who knows. Following the broadcast of Surviving R Kelly, a number of celebrities, including Lady Gaga apologised for working with the singer.
