They might have revealed a new song and be releasing a compilation of their best ballads but it seems Destiny’s Child will not be performing at the Super Bowl next month.
Rumours had it that Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland would join Beyoncé on stage during her performance at this year’s event but Michelle (the quieter one) has rubbished the reports.
Michelle has denied rumours that she and Kelly will be joining Beyoncé on stage.
Speaking to a US radio station recently the singer said that she wouldn’t even be at the Super Bowl as she has other work commitments.
“It’s not confirmed, it is rumoured. I’m gonna be in the musical Fela! I hate to disappoint the people and tell them that it’s not true.” Well we hate that you've disappointed us too Michelle but what can we do?
Destiny's Child last performed together back in 2006.
However she did reveal that the girls have discussed getting back together and didn’t rule out a future reunion.
So while it might not be happening next week, a comeback could still be on the cards for the Bootylicious singers.
