They wowed us with their first album, spoilt us with their second and now it seems Mumford & Sons are keen to get their third album done and dusted.
Well they want to get it started at least!
Winston Marshall, who is the banjo player in the band, has revealed that the boys are currently working on new material.
Mumford & Sons have enjoyed incredible success over the last couple of years.
He told NME magazine: “Will we wait years for the next album? F*ck no. You heard it here first. We’ve just started working on new songs… They’re bones of songs, but really exciting bones.”
Having had our hopes raised by their debut album Sigh No More and the follow-up Babel, we’re certainly expecting big things from their next record.
But until then, we'll just have to make do with this...
