Netflix have released the first trailer for their new dating show Love Is Blind - and it looks absolutely mad.
Hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, the 10-episode series explores whether looks or age really matter in relationships - or, as the title of the series would suggest, if love is blind.
It follows singletons who want to be loved for who they are, rather than what they look like.
The singletons sign up for a less conventional approach to modern dating where they hope to meet the person they want to spend the rest of their lives with...without ever having seen them.
Yes, really.
With no distractions from the outside world, the singles take to the pods to talk to a stream of potential love interests and when a meaningful connection is made, they propose and then lay their eyes on their fiancé (or fiancée) for the first time.
Engaged and back in the real world, as the couples plan their wedding day, they will quickly discover whether they can turn their emotional connection into a physical one before the fast-approaching ceremony.
And while things look to be going well for some people ("I’ve met the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. I’ve never seen her before," one man says, while another woman declares "This could be a remarkable love story") there's also a runaway bride and someone saying that they "can't do this".
If this sounds like it would be your cup of tea, you better mark the calendars: the series will be landing on Netflix very soon.
The first five episodes of Love Is Blind are set to land on Netflix on February 13, with the rest to follow suit in the coming weeks.

Netflix’s America’s Next Top Model docu-series is an uncomfortable watch America’s Next Top Model was a must-watch during the noughties, but I forgot just how toxic the reality show was until watching the Netflix docu-series, Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model. We may have come so far from the heroin chic days, but Tyra […]
