Nothing had been confirmed though, and to be honest it's been about a decade since we've been granted any form of insight into Beyoncé's world so it's fairly likely that nobody would have been surprised if there had have been no truth to this at all.
Except there was, because Netflix has just teased something big that's coming on April 17 - and yeah, we're basically 99 percent certain it's the Beyoncé documentary.

The streaming giant shared the image on Twitter today sans caption, clearly hoping to not give the game away so soon, but Beyoncé fans are not stupid.
They copped fairly early on that 'Homecoming' - as per the name of what Netflix is teasing - is also the name of one of Beyonce's more recent clothing collections.
Coincidence?
Like, it could be but probably not, no.
Right now, we don't even have a trailer for Homecoming, so we can't be sure whether it'll be a Coachella documentary, an intimate Beyoncé documentary, or something else entirely.
It's looking like it'll be a solid amalgamation of all three though, which would be great.
Homecoming will be streaming on Netflix on April 17.
