Staying in this Saturday?

Have you already gone through through your Netflix queue? Trying to distract yourself from Forbidden Fruit-related FOMO?

Or maybe you’re simply looking for something new to watch?

We totally get it, especially with how the weather is shaping up to be less-than-ideal for a night out (especially with that weather warning).

So if you’re searching for something new to tune in to, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered.

It turns out that our favourite Leonardo DiCaprio movies is on television tonight: that’s right Catch Me If You Can is on.

The 2002 biographical crime film, directed and co-produced by Steven Spielberg, tells the story of master con-artist Frank Abagnale Jr (played by Leonardo DiCaprio), who doesn’t let himself being in high school slow him down.

He ends up successfully impersonating an airline pilot, a lawyer and doctor – as well as scamming people for millions of dollars.

And that all ends up happening before he turns 19 years old.

Throughout the movie, he’s in a cat-and-mouse game with seasoned FBI agent, Carl Hanratty, who is desperately trying to bring him to justice.

However, Frank somehow always ends up being one step ahead of him.

Catch Me If You Can begin at 8pm on RTÉ 2.
