This growing excitement comes from film critics who have already seen the film and have begun hyping up the sequel to the legendary original Gladiator.
Recently critics got to see a first screening of the film, with many of the world's best in attendance giving their first gladiator 2 reviews.
The overall outcome seems positive and Denzel Washington stood out with many touting the iconic actor for an Oscar.
Journalist Scott Mantz called it “an epic worthy of its predecessor” while Drew Taylor of The Wrap said that “Gladiator II is the kind of large scale filmmaking excellence only Ridley Scott could corral."
"Everything about it just works,” he added.
Meanwhile, one popular online film critic and content producer Matt Ramos has already given his verdict.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Ramos wrote: "Gladiator 2 isn’t just arguably the best film of the year, it’s one of the best of all-time.
"It’s one of those films that will reinvigorate your love for cinema.
"It defies expectations, the performances are outstanding (Denzel just locked in another Oscar), the score is just as great as the original, the writing is incredible, & there’s a lot of action on such a massive scale, it’s unreal. I could go on and on but prepare to witness greatness this November."
People have had mixed responses in the run up to the release of the film.
One user on X said: "Streets saying Gladiator 2 is one of the best films ever. Peak cinema is so back!"
Another person wrote: "Hell yeah. Gonna watch it in 3 weeks. Can't wait"
Although one commenter disagreed and said: "Trailer looks like lame over the top and just another poor remake. Hope I'm wrong."
Well, fans will be able to find out for real when the film drops in cinemas on 15 November.
