Ring the gals… there’s a Dirty Dancing screening with pizza and cocktails in Dublin this month

A date for the diary!

Denise Curtin

We’ll have the time of our lives and we’ll owe it all to youuuuuu, The Sugar Club.

Make a note of Friday, November 30, because that’s the night we’ll be leaving the office to go straight to the bar for a drink and then onto The Sugar Club for 8pm.

Yes, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Dirty Dancing, The Sugar Club is holding an anniversary special screening and it sounds like all kinds of wonderful.

Pizza and cocktails will be provided ahead of the screening plus gourmet popcorn and table service awaits you at your seat.

Dance and sing to your heart’s content (as it’s encouraged) and get ready for what will truly be a trip down memory lane with Baby and Johnny.

Tickets are €15 each and you can purchase them here.

Aside from that, we’ve another movie date to mark in our calendar – the 1999 classic, 10 Things I Hate About You is coming to the Stella Theatre for one showing only this month and the showing is at BRUNCH.

The flick kicks off at 12:30pm meaning it’s a day out for the squad, grab some brunch, the hair of the dog and kick back and relax in the Stella’s luxurious cinema featuring the cosiest of all cinema chairs.

With a brunch menu that features everything from nachos to avocado on toast and parmesan fries, you’ll be spoilt for choice plus… all the cocktails upstairs are by the same creators as the Vintage Cocktail Club located in town so, you know they’re going to be goooood.

You can purchase tickets for that here.
