Julianne Hough got married at the weekend after a two-year engagement to Brooks Laich. She wore a custom Marchesa gown with Lorraine Schwartz jewellery when she got married in front of 200 guests in Idaho.
Julianne's wedding was featured on most news outlets and TV shows, including her ex Ryan Seacrest's talk show, Kelly and Ryan.
The pair dated a few years back so it was surprising when her wedding was brought up, in conversation, between Ryan and his co-host Kelly. He showed just how much of a gentleman he is when he had nothing by positive and lovely things to say about her.
During the segment on his show, he commented on how pretty she looks and also spoke about her family and how talented she is.
The most touching part was when he said, "Happy to see you happy," as he looked into camera.
He said:
“I guess there were a couple of weddings over the weekend … Julianne Hough from Dancing With the Stars, congratulations to Jules.
She looks stunning and there’s also a photo of her father, Bruce. I know this family and they are terrific people … super talented, she is, so congratulations, Julianne! Happy to see you happy.”
