Salt, Selling and Sweet Things: The Best of Tonight’s TV

From professional chefs to a CIA agent, there's plenty to watch tonight! MasterChef: The Professionals – BBC Two (8.00pm) The second heat sees five more chefs enter the kitchen in the hope of impressing Monica Galetti, Gregg Wallace and Marcus Wareing.   Rachel Allen: All Sweet Things – RTÉ One (8.30pm) This week the chef prepares rose water marshmallows, vanilla fudge with sesame and honey halva, and chocolate and candied orange dates.   The Apprentice – BBC One (9.00pm) The teams have two days to create and sell coach tours. As always, the losing team will be brought back into the boardroom to talk about their failings. Grey’s Anatomy – Sky Living (9.00pm) Meredith decides to look into her mother’s past, Derek’s decision creates tension and Owen encourages to Callie to help a number of war veterans. Salt – RTÉ One (9.35pm) Angelina Jolie and Live Schreiber star in this action thriller about a CIA agent who is accused of being an assassin.
