Shaq and Tanya talk address kissing game as Maya Jama returns to the villa

The host will ask the islanders to gather round the fire pit as she has some “very important news”.

Love Island fans did a 180 on Shaq after last night’s episode which saw him agitated after Tanya was voted the best kisser by the other lads in the villa.

After the game, he told the boys he wasn’t speaking to Tanya, while Tanya confided in the girls that Shaq’s behaviour is giving her the ick.

Tonight will see these two parse through the kissing game’s antics as they sit down for a chat.

Telling Tanya how he really feels, Shaq says: “I get it’s a game but I felt like you thought winning the challenge was more important than respecting me.”

Tanya repsonds with: “I just want to understand where this is coming from, because I don’t understand, you’re all mine and I’m all yours. I only want you, I don’t care about anyone else.”

She adds: “I understand why you felt the way you did but it was not my intention to make you feel that way, I’m sorry for not understanding you earlier, I get it now.”

Shaq then asks if they’re both “on the same page”, and Tanya tells him that they are, but she is stubborn, so it “takes a minute”.

Tonight’s episode will also see Tom and Same get flirty with one another while Kai and Olivia enjoy some cosy time together on the terrace.

However, once night falls, the villa will be thrown into chaos as Maya Jama arrives to interrupt the festivities. She requests that all contestants join her round the fire pit, as she tells them she has some “very important news”.

Love Island continues tonight at the slightly later time of 9:30pm on Virgin Media Two and on the Virgin Media Player.
