New romances blossom in the villa as one girl is dumped from Love Island

Ellen Fitzpatrick

Love is in the air.

We were left on such a cliffhanger last night during Love Island when Chloe was just about to recouple, the closing credits appeared.

But tonight be definitely get to see who she’s gone for, but it comes with worse news than we thought for one of the other girls.

As Chloe chooses a new man, one girl is left single when a text comes in to reveal that this girl is now the first to get dumped from the villa – but we’ll have to wait and see tonight who the unlucky girl is.

Meanwhile, Sharon is not one bit impressed with who she’s landed herself in a couple with, confronting Hugo on why the pair hasn’t spoken.

Speaking to Kaz before pulling Hugo for a chat, Sharon says: “I am annoyed that we’re in a couple, we share a bed together and you’ve [Hugo] not had a conversation with me since.”

When she does nab Hugo for a conversation, she immediately launches into him, asking why he’s “ignoring” her.

She says: “I knew from the word go that I wasn’t your type and that’s perfectly fine. What annoyed me is I feel like you avoid me and you don’t talk to me.”

Hugo replies: “I’m not being funny but there hasn’t really been the time. I’m definitely sorry for making you feel that I was giving you the cold shoulder. I definitely wasn’t avoiding you and I don’t want you to feel like that.”

While the pair get some distance, Hugo seems to have his eyes set on another girl in the villa, but will he get their head’s to turn for him?

But that’s not all, tonight’s the night we get to see our very first one on one date in 2021, Toby and Kaz are heading off to the gorgeous Spanish seaside.

Sparks are definitely flying as Toby asks Kaz if they we’re in the real world, and he asked her out on a second date, would she say yes.

And Kaz is quick to respond, saying: “Would I come? On the outside, yeah I’d say yes to a second date.”

Could this be the Love Island love story we’re craving?
